Article Processing Charges (APC):

QuiLive Publishers operates as a self-sustained entity and does not receive financial support from any governmental body or institution. As a result, the journal relies solely on article processing charges (APCs) paid by authors, along with limited support from academic or corporate sponsors, to cover its operational and maintenance costs.

As an Open Access publisher, QuiLive Publishers provides free, unrestricted access to all published content for readers worldwide. We do not charge subscription fees, allowing anyone to explore, read, and benefit from the scientific work we publish.

To support this model, authors are required to pay a reasonable processing fee only after their manuscript has successfully passed peer review and has been formally accepted for publication. There are no charges for submission, and fees are only applicable upon acceptance.

In the event that an author chooses to withdraw their manuscript after the peer-review process is completed, a minimum of 30% of the publication fee will be required to cover the editorial and administrative efforts already invested.
