Manuscript Guidelines:
At QuiLive Publishers, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of academic publishing. To ensure a smooth and efficient peer-review process, authors are required to follow the manuscript guidelines outlined below.
1. Manuscript Types Accepted
We accept a wide range of manuscript types, including but not limited to:
- Original Research Articles
- Review Articles
- Case Reports
- Short Communications
- Editorials & Commentaries
- Clinical Images & Brief Reports
- Letters to the Editor
2. General Formatting Requirements
- Language: Manuscripts must be submitted in clear, concise English (U.K. or U.S. spelling is acceptable, but be consistent).
- File Format: Submit manuscripts in MS Word (.doc or .docx) format. PDF is not accepted for review.
- Font & Spacing: Times New Roman, 12-point font, double-spaced.
- Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides.
- Page Numbers: Include page numbers on all pages.
3. Manuscript Structure
A standard research manuscript should include the following sections:
- Title Page
- Manuscript Title
- Author(s) Full Name and Affiliation
- Email and contact number of corresponding author
- ORCID ID (if available)
- Abstract
- Structured or unstructured (150–300 words)
- Keywords: 3–6 relevant keywords
- Introduction
- Materials and Methods
- Results
- Discussion
- Conclusion (optional in some article types)
- Acknowledgments (if applicable)
- Conflicts of Interest
- Funding Disclosure
- References
- Tables & Figures
- Submit figures as separate high-resolution files (JPEG, PNG, or TIFF)
- Number tables and figures consecutively and provide appropriate legends.
4. References
Citations must be numbered consecutively in the text, matching the reference list.
- All sources cited should be listed in the reference section.
- References format (for example,)
– Author names (Year) Title of the book. (Edition), Publisher name, place, city, country, pp. page numbers.
– Author names (Year) Chapter/ topic name. In: Author name/s (Editors.), Book name. (Edition), Publisher name, place, city, country, pp. page numbers.
5. Submission Process
- Manuscripts must be submitted via the QuiLive online submission portal or emailed to the editorial office.
- A cover letter stating the manuscript’s originality, relevance, and compliance with ethical standards should accompany the submission.
6. Ethical Considerations
- Authors must follow the guidelines outlined by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
- Informed consent and ethical approval (IRB/ethics committee) must be clearly mentioned for studies involving humans or animals.
- Plagiarism in any form will not be tolerated.
7. Article Processing Charges (APC)
- No submission fees are required.
- APC is applicable only upon acceptance of the manuscript.
- Fee waivers may be considered under special circumstances (upon request).
